The work, repairs on the body, were well done. The only negative has to do with the lack of viable communication about the completion of the work and readiness of the car. It took my having to go to the dealer to get my car to finally find out that the work had been completed. I had called two consecutive days, after receiving a call from the dealer to which I could not respond. Though I called back, no one was able to give me follow up about my car. This needs too improve. There needs to be a better system in place for follow up.

My car was repaired very quickly. Process very streamlined with rental car waiting for me when I finished explaining the damage. Staff is friendly and the progress of repairs was communicated to me frequently.
