No one ever expects to get in an accident. Luckily Stephaine made the process a lot less stressful. She was honest about the work needing to be done and kept me up to date with the whole process and let me know immediately when my car was ready. She even helped me get into a rental when the initial company left me stranded.

The service was great the car looks great but I have 2 issues. First my car smelled when I picked it up. More importantly, my car does not drive the same. It’s a rough drive and it keeps pulling to the left. I’m wondering if they even tested it before they gave it back to me. Something is off. I’m not sure but I will call the insurance in the morning.

Everyone treated me like a person and not an insurance claim. They explained the process and then gave me an estimated date of completion and it was done by that date. My ford is as good as new.
