I appreciated being consistently informed about the progress of the job, and when we paid our final bill it was $240.00 less than anticipated! We had an excellent overall experience!

When they said my car was ready I went to pick it up he did not even go out to walk me to review over my car...I found area that was not buff or painted and and my side panel around the door was not replace and I had to take off of work to come back on 2/23/18 and pick it up...I also see paint still missing it also seem like my car pulling to the side where it was hit..I don't know if they did a four wheel alignment to balance or what....the steering feel tight....I was going to call my insurance company and whom ever over operation department on Saturday and Monday just frustrated...I even let someone else drove it...NOT satisfied

The collision representative who handled my claim for repairing my vehicle, was Gabriel. He was very thorough and helped explain the process all along the way. He kept me informed. It's nice to not have to call someone to find out what's going on with your vehicle. Very profesional and courteous. The repairs on my vehicle look great and I'm very satisfied with the results. I was incorrectly charged for service to my vehicle by the Collision Center. I also found work tickets for repairs under the passenger side visor. I also asked the car to be fully charged before I picked it up - was not done.

First of all, I haven’t picked up my car because no one has called me to tell me that my car is ready to be picked up, I haven’t received any updates throughout the process, I’ve been the one who has had to call to check on status on more than one occasion, and both due dates that were promised have been missed, I called again today and my car is still not ready, so not sure why I’m getting text messages asking me if I’m satisfied with my car, when I don’t even have my car, so NO, I’m not satisfied!!! John V
