Many delays in getting my car back. I would prefer just to be given a conservative estimate and be surprised about getting my car back earlier than having to call and find out there has been another delay.

My licenses plate was messed up bad when I got my car back had to take it off hammer it flat and the holes back so it didn't fall off

Multiple issues - I left the truck there to complete all of the repairs. ****. The fender liners were cut on both sides for some reason. Only one side needed to be replaced but both the new one and the old one ended up cut for some reason. Also, the new fender liner was not even bolted in. It would have rattled and blown around inside the fender. 2. Two bolts were missing holding either the horn in or windshield washer reservoir in the grille in. Both bolts need to be put in to keep it from rattling or falling out. 3. Where the fender meets the A-pillar of the truck it is not flush. It does not match the passenger side A-pillar/fender. I'm very disappointed with the lack of quality in the repairs. At Pioneer Well Services we have used Sterling Collision multiple times and always been satisfied. We are a regular customer in the service department as well. I'm very sorry that I did not experience the same level of service we have come to expect with our Pioneer trucks.
