Excellent and professional service. My wife was persuaded to take the vehicle to someone else for repairs from a previous accident. They were not certified by USAA, difficult to contact, poor follow up, I had to take it to Lexus to get service on sensors. She's learned to trust your work. I am particularly appreciative of the periodic status reports by text message.
