The work was well done however I feel it took far to long to complete the work. I understand that the Insurance Co had to be called but the assured me that they responded very quickly.

No need to call. The cost for the repair was 50% more than the estimate. There was no underlying unseen damage. They noted that the estimate was off because of bugs on the fender which hid some paint chips and they didn't know how much it was going to cost to mix the paint. Not good excuses if you ever want repeat business. Thanks for the follow up.

Willis' employees were very helpful and courteous. They listened to me and gave me information when I called to check on my vehicle. I even spoke to the tech working on my vehicle that gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on.

I was/am completely satisfied with the customer service, friendly staff and updates while my Tahoe was being fixed. Kathy was great and I’d recommend Willis collision center. My daughter has her car at IG Burton collision center now for minor repairs and we aren’t so thrilled!
