We had a great experience overall. The quote process was quick and professional. My only complaint was that during the quote we were told it would be a 2-3 day repair and it ended up taking over a week. We had declined a rental car thinking it would be 2-3 days, but had we known how long it would actually take, we would Have gotten one.

I was delayed quite a bit on a small body repair, which cost me quite a bit of extra rental car cost. However, your agent, Kevin, did agree to pay for 3 days of the rental car cost. I am still waiting for the Cadillac emblem which came off of the left rear side panel. Please let me know when youfind a replacement. Charles M

Staff was great, from estimate to completion. Only criticism is the accuracy of the text updates. Received text on Thursday at 6pm saying car is ready, but it wasn't actually ready for pickup until Friday around 4pm.

The car looked nice when it was finally done but the repair took longer than originally promised , in fact it took so long that exceeded the maximum days allowed by our insurance company. This was discussed this with Dan Parks, he told us that he would take care of this with the insurance company, but he did not communicate this to anyone else; when we picked up the car enterprise told us that no one had spoken to them and we were responsible for the extra, but they would talk to the repair shop and could not close out the rental agreement until they did. Poor customer service, not impressed at all.
