Though I just picked up my car a couple of hours ago, so far so good. It looks great and drives smoothly. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process and in particular the fact that, because I'm a USAA member, you referred to me using my prior military rank. Great experience! Every time I walked in every person had a smile on their face. Loved the text updates I received, to let me know the status of my car. I would absolutely recommend anyone to bring their car for auto body repairs.

Eastern Auto Body has answered the call on every vehicle my vehicle has. Their work has been flawless every time and on time. It is on of those relationships you hate to maintain because my car is damaged so I go. Would rather not have to see them but when I do I know I will walk away satisfied.
