Will at the front counter was amazing. I had no clue about cars and he really made me feel comfortable asking questions without making me feel embarrassed. He called me and updated me on my car and I always felt like I knew what was going on with my car. This was the first time I ever got my car fixed and everything went so smoothly and I will be recommending eastern auto body to my friends!

My first contact with Eastern was Will G . He was always so pleasant and when he quoted my estimate, he did it in layman's terms. I don't know any of the other gentleman in the office ( one was young like Will and the other gentleman was bald) ! Everyone was so upbeat, positive and just so nice. They truly made a difficult experience very enjoyable! My car looks just like new! Everyone deserves a raise!! Thanks for the great care! I have already posted on the Londonderry Moms page in case anyone needs body work!! I won't go anywhere else!! Thanks! :)
