The only issue I have is the miscommunication. You have this automated system that keeps sending updates on repair progress, but it doesn't match what the department is telling me. What makes it worse is the automated system gives updates and you don't get any updates from the body shop. You half to call. When you are dealing with a claim and a rental you need accurate info not a two day difference in completion times within 10 minutes of each other.

The work that was done appears excellent, however I felt that the tailgate on my truck had paint damage and should have been repaired in addition to the rear quarter panel and bumper.
