JC WAS EXCELLENT DURING THIS PROCESS, HE TEXTED ME EVERYDAY WITH AN UPDATE ON MY VEHICLE UNTIL IT WAS READY TO PICK UP ,JC MADE MY PROCESS SO EASY I NEVER HAD TO WORRY. **** Collision worked with us to schedule the repairs on our schedule. They kept us informed daily on the progress and told us when the work was finished. The work was completed on schedule and very well done. Picking the car up when the car was ready was quick and easy. The guys at the counter were friendly and courteous.

They did a great job fixing my bumper. I like how they keep you updated though out the repairs. My truck was cleaned and vacuumed also which was a nice treat. My only complaint is that my truck smelled of cigarette smoke. Not sure if someone was smoking in it or near it or had it on their clothes while being in it, or maybe used a smelly vacuum. I have some smelly things in it now so hopefully it goes away soon. IF I (which I hope I don’t have to) had to get repairs done again in the future, I would use them again.
