The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. JC was extremely courteous, informative and supportive. The repairs were done faster than promised and workmanship was excellent. JC even staying a few minutes later than closing time so I could pick up my car instead of waiting until morning. I can’t say enough about the efficiency of the procedure or the competence with which everyone did their job. Thank you to all.

Your company truly understands service and executes fantastically. I appreciated the constant updates via a convenient communication channel, SMS. This not only allowed me to plan accordingly and be in tune on when my vehicle will be ready but it also provided a peace of mind. This was a great experience and I will certainly tell my friends and family about it. Oh yeah.... my vehicle looks amazing! No sign of any damage.

Was honestly the best experience I’ve had with any company. Funny that it was when I was rear ended. JC was AWESOME!!!! He updated me everyday and really seemed like he cared. He even waited for me to get there to get my car when the shop was closing. I have told everyone how a not so great situation turned into the best customer service experience I’ve had. Well done. I will only go to you guys ever!

Friendly and helpful staff. We were waiting a while for Enterprise to pick us up and one of the fellows at front desk called them again. No one asked him to do that. Merry Christmas.
