The repairs and communication were very good. Even the follow-up on an issue I was having with the mirror vibrating at highway speeds was handled well. My only gripe was when I picked up my car. No one bothered to wipe down the car after washing it, and the hard water spots set in. Not cool. Why not wipe it down? That's my only issue.
