JC was my advisor for my repair, and he was outstanding from the communication to having my car repaired and done earlier than expected.
He took care of my rental car pickup, allowed me to drop my car off to be fixed the next day, and handled my rental car return and checking in that vehicle as returned. It was such a pleasant and easy experience! I look forward to working with him and dealing with Robert's collision center for all my repairs in the future.

Our Brand New car was rear ended and we chose **** to go to by recommendation of our Insurance Company.
