Two things stand out: ****) I felt that your team realized that getting the car back as soon as possible was important and that they would do everything they could to expedite the repair and 2) I appreciated the car being cleaned and vacuumed - it's my commuter vehicle so it was a mess but it came back to me looking great. Thanks! One disappointment my tire pressure light was low and I had to stop and get air on the way to work after picking up car. Overall GREAT JOB!

I for the first time was really disappointed. My car is less than a year old and was 100% someone else's fault. I pointed out when I dropped it off that the chrome Audi license plate needed replacement as that was where the car was impacted initially. No cover, was told thats not factory and I should go find it, buy it and bring it to you with a receipt for submission for payment. Also, Instead of calling for an authorization for more time to make the hood like new they painted over all of the damage clearly showing that the new car was in an accident. All of the chips in the paint from the debris from the work truck that spilled out on the highway. When I pointed it out the response was a little irritated/confrontational and was told "we only had an hour allotted do the hood". I explained that I was selling my car and know that will impact what I get for the trade in where it stands out so much.
