They went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied. They even buffed my headlights at no charge which I did not ask to be done. My vehicle looks great and they were very good about giving me updates on the status. I would definitely use them again.

The repair was absolutely perfect, made my vehicle look brand new again. The "detail," however, was very mediocre. There were parts they never even wiped down and dry water spots in several areas on the outside.

Poor communication. Four reported dates of completion. Not responsive to comments. Request for feedback before I even see the car. So far worst experience with BMW. Hoping the car is provided in good working order.

I was scheduled to bring my car in 3 weeks after I was rear-ended. A week before I was to bring it in, I was called and my scheduled time had been bumped by almost a month. I was very disappointed because my speedometer stopped working after I was rear-ended. I did not know if it was accident related, but I mentioned it to the rep I was dealing with. He said he could have it checked out. Once you had my vehicle, I was routinely updated on your progress. I received an email stating my car would be completed Friday August 7th at 4:00. I received a call on the 3rd saying my car was done. When I picked it up, there was no mention of my speedometer being repaired or even how much it would cost me if it was not considered to be a result of the accident. What repairs were done were done sufficiently and timely, so I gave a satisfactory rating. However, the fact that I drove around for almost two months with no speedometer before I could get my car repaired and to get it back and still not have a functioning speedometer (which I think you would agree is not something a car should be without) is unacceptable. Before you ask, no I did not ask about it before taking possession if my vehicle. I told the rep I dealt with when I first scheduled my car for repair. I had a lengthy conversation with that same rep when I called to reschedule my repair and I mentioned it when I dropped my car off. Again, whether it was accident related or not, I expected it to be checked out. While I am limited financially, I might not have been able to authorize the repairs, but at least I would have known how much I would need to have the repairs done. If I could have afforded to have it taken care of, it would have been very convenient to have it done while I had a rental car. Now, to have it repaired, I will have to take more time off of work (loss of money for me), rent a car on my own dime (more loss of money for me) and more than likely be told that even though the speedometer stopped working immediately after the accident that I would be responsible for the repairs. As previously stated, my car was repaired satisfactory and timely and the rep, while he dropped the **** on my speedometer issue, was professional and courteous. However, I am extremely disappointed overall. Thank you for what for the repairs that were completed. Gina Y. Stone
