I couldn't be happier with my car. I can't even tell there was ever damage done to my car. The paint look great! I appreciated the texts keeping me informed of the progress. It was finished on time as stated. Even the interior was detailed, looks new once again! Justin was great to work with as well. I will highly recommend this place, and would for sure return here if needed in the future!

From the moment i dropped my car off I knew i was in good hands. The updates, the follow up calls were outstanding. My car was repaired and returned as promised. The showroom quality detail on the car was flawless. Mr Justin Arnold did a superb hob, I left extremely satisfied.

From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car after the repairs were completed, I can say that I've never had a better experience handling an insurance claim and repair, Than at Winslow collision center.
My car was beautiful when it was returned. My hat is off to Justin for a tremendous job throughout the entire process.

Did not examine the front wheel and area mechanically as requested. Only the body damage.
I've just now got the car back into service at Phil Winslow and they are addressing the issues with the left front wheel and replacing it.

The people were extremely informative and kept me informed at each stage of the work done on my car. (I believe his name is Phillip.) The job itself was amazing. The paint is a perfect match and I can't even tell there was ever damage done to my car. I was super nervous the paint would be slightly off. Will definitely bring my BMWs here in the future.

Justin should have a corporate office. He represents not only Winslow BMW but the BMW brand. I feel like I'm his only customer everytime I walk through the door, a true professional. If you want to highlight an employee of the month, quarter, or year, Justin is the guy I'm voting for and telling everyone else to vote for as well
