The service representative was very professional. They arranged pickup and drop off and immediately intervened with the rental car agency in correcting an error. The electronic text messages were superb! It eliminated the need to call and find out the status of your vehicle. I would recommend this collision center to anyone!

The representative I worked with was friendly and helpful. He facilitated the collision claim assessment and set up a rental car for my use while repairs were made. After approx 2 weeks, my car was ready for pick up yesterday. Conveniently I was able to turn the rental in at the dealership. While driving my vehicle last night the coolent light came back on, the car started jerking and would not accelerate while stepping on the gas. I had been assured there was no problem or leaks and the car had only needed coolant when I turned it in. Now I'm stuck without safe transportation again. I feel very frustrared with this situation.

Philip Colby went above and beyond what I would have expected from a repair representative. As busy as I am sure he was, I often felt like I was his only customer. He knew every detail of my repair, and worked a number of variations ranging from an insurance supplement to upgrades and other adjustments I requested, some even last minute. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and responsive and I would recommend him and the Winslow collision team to anyone looking for a top notch collision repair shop. And my car - it looks amazing.
