Excellent service and repair job!

My vehicle has scratches that were NOT there prior to turning it in to your business. Your representative never offered to walk around the vehicle with me to verify the repairs. Upon my own walk around, I found several issues. The only offer of repair was to give me a free car wash and detail. That is ridiculous to say the least. If I did not need my vehicle at the time, I would have refused to have accepted it.

I loved how involved he was with the progress of my car even contacting me every few days to provide updates unsolicited! The quality of the repair job was TOP KNOTCH! Knowledgeable and friendly staff and excellent quality work

We were promised the repairs would be completed on Friday July 22 and my wife took the day off to get it picked up. Then we were told that it was not ready. So we waited until Monday July 25 to give the benefit of the doubt to the Collistion Center. On Monday we drove up from Pueblo and the car was not ready. The drivers side window did not work, the check engine light was on and the seat was dirty. So we came home withour the car. We do not trust that the car will be done correctly because of our experience so far. I regret getting our car repaired at Phil Winslow,
