Best service I have had in a long time at a dealership. This is my second time working with them because of the recent hail storm and they have been so friendly and informative about the status of my vehicle. I may even purchase a truck from the in the future!!!

I'm pretty sure there's a new focus on customer service at Mike Maroone Collision. I had been rear ended, unable to drive my Corvette. The insurance company recommended several shops, but I want a Chevrolet-centric - Corvette knowledgeable - shop. MM Collision satisfied my questions without hesitation. The car was towed and they began work immediately. Due to the nature of the damage, several pieces had to be replaced, which takes time to disassemble and troubleshoot. I knew that this would be a lengthy repair process up front and new the repair expectations. During repair, the SA (PC) kept me up to date - I'm pretty sure it was weekly - and get this: he sent pictures of various stages of repair and completion. That's unheard of. That's customer service. Upon completion, I was offered a walk around, discussion of the various stages of completion and what's next. We did a test drive, I felt comfortable, the SA felt comfortable and I had it towed home. Overall, I can't see how anyone can beat this level of service. Everytime I visited the shop, I saw happy customers. I have no relationship with MM Collision other than being a customer.

I was kept well informed on the progress of my car repairs. All staff were courteous and helpful.

Philip was an amazing help! Very satisfied with his work and professionalism! Great guy, very honest and straight to the point! I was aware that he was very busy, but he took the time to explain things and made sure that I was satisfied with what we had discussed and was fully aware of the situation. He definitely made this process very smooth and as convenient as possible. Every time we spoke I felt as if he remembered everything we talked about the first time!
