David Vincent Sr. was very nice and professional in helping me out. 2. the color was a great match, nice workmanship. 3. when I asked for additional favor to get rid of the "railroad rust" on doors on both sides, they got taken care of right way and nicely done. 4. Thanks for the ride to work and home delivery of my car. 5. Thanks for additional work Friday morning to touch up another scratch. 6. the front desk receptionist never smiled once at me 7. the lady who handled the billing and explained warranty info to me was very nice and professional, even chatted with me about my work place, the new Bridgestone Tech Center. will do business again. thanks. Car looks great - repair looks great. They washed car - looked great except windshield. Used a dirty rag on inside and left swirl marks on outside - was a mess. But otherwise totally satisfied - everyone was very nice and professional.
