David Vincent and his staff did an excellent job of creating a positive experience with Quality Body Shop. From giving updates regarding the timeline of my vehicles' repair, to providing excellent service (i.e repairs made, questions answered, prompt responses, etc.), I am very pleased that I chose to work w such a class act. Not to mention, the repairs that were made on my vehicle were exceptional.

The text messages were nice to see the status and David Vincent was genuinely caring regarding my well being from the accident once the car was fully inspected. The car looked beautiful when I picked it up as it was detailed nicely. Very happy

I just brought the car home so I can't yet speak on the durability of the repair. I had an 8:30 appt. time. I showed up ten minutes 'til 8. I was allowed in and was offered coffee which I refused because I was up all night working and was going to go home and go to bed. I was then offered a bottle of water. Both nice gestures. A lot of places would have said "we can't let you in, we aren't open yet". So I waited for just about ten minutes and Mr. David Vincent came out to look at my car. Albeit still earlier than my appt. time. He ordered me a replacement car, then we went in and he did the paperwork. I talked with him a bit, then went out and signed the papers for the rental car. Then I was sent along my merry way. The whole experience including picking up my car upon completion was painless and I was treated very, very well. I will recommend Quality to any one I talk to, and you have my future business. I thank you all. George G
