I absolutely love the work you did to my durango and I cannot believe how nice it turned out. if I had to complain about one thing and its only nit picking would be the detailing could have been better. And that's only nit picking

Vehicle was returned to me dirtier than when it was dropped off. Emblems were left off. Dust all over inside back area. Grease marks on back fabric sears due to trunk contents stored on back seat (Why?) . Overall not a good delivery experience. Turned in amended report to Nationwide due to above issues. Same situations happened to me in. 2009 when I picked up my 2008 sonata from Quality body shop. Body work very good!! Detailing/cleaning not Quality.
