I really hate to complain because the work done looks great, but all the work wasn't completed. I noticed when I got home that the dent in my hood wasn't fixed as arranged.

It appears the molding is lifting on both top edges. Also there is traces of glue on the passenger side where molding wD glued. I would like me car repaired correctly and any glue removed from the areas. I am very disappointed that my vehicle was returned in this unacceptable manner. The body shop agreed to pick up vehicle and make the necessary repairs.

Quick repair on my front bumper, looks brand new like the day i bought the car. Very good cleanup job inside and outside of the car upon delivery of repair vehicle. Will definitely keep Quality Auto Body in mind if I or a friend needs a body shop. Worked well with the insurance company also.

the repair looks amazing. the receptionst could be more customer friendly. she seemed cranky and not willing to accomidate. i was very put off by her. that experience put a damper on the quality of the repair. we as a family have spent over 5 k there plus an additional 12 k in years past. would still recomend due to workmanship.
