I received quite a few estimates, more than I really needed. But I wanted to be sure I could trust the business who'd be doing the repairs on my vehicle. And Quality body shop did not disappoint me. I'm completely satisfied with everything, from the professional customer service being attentive and courteous, to keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process, I really appreciated that, it made me feel more at ease not having to worry about how everything was going. I will definitely continue to entrust Quality in the future. Thank you for providing excellent service.

The employees were very friendly throughout. But some concerns have popped up and I left a message and voicemail Friday soon after pick-up and they haven't been followed up yet. In all fairness though there was only about 3 hours remaining in the day.

It was all nice and shiny inside and out- to bad when I picked it up it was raining!! Really liked your service from the time I saw the adjuster until the young man pulled my car up to the door- I will recommend your services to others- thank you
