There are a lot of minor problems that were left half done or done carelessly. I have only had my new car for 5 months and I would expect it to come out looking better than when it went in. The insurance company and dealership both recommended you and I would have never expected to receive my car back looking like this.

You and your team took excellent care of me and my Rav. You kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Excellent communications. My Rav looks brand new! When I picked her up today I was totally surprised that the inside & outside was washed & cleaned.
