I'm not so happy with A&B Repair center my car took almost 5 months to be ready and I was told it was going to be ready in less then 2 months I was also told my Brand new Honda Accord 2014 was not a total loss because the damage was only 8,000 and from 8,000 the total damage became almost up to like 20,000 that would have been a total loss I was also not to happy With the customer service they were not keeping me updated all the time on what was going on with the car.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Noticed that a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses that I keep in the glove box was missing (kept in a Ray Ban soft case). Also, the alignment was off (had to hold the wheel at the **** o'clock position to drive straight). But once I informed the staff, they made every effort to alleviate the inconvenience and fix all issues.

Customer Service Representative spoke vaguely and giggled over the phone will speaking. Didn't have much interaction in person, however the phone encounter left me wondering about the professionalism of the company.
