Hard to explain how remarkable this repair shop is. First, they explain everything in detail so there are no surprises. Second, they keep you informed along the way. Third, they truly make it seem like they are doing everything they can to meet the auto owner's needs while still following the insurance company requirements. Most importantly, the shop has a very easy, relaxed feel to it that definitely reminds you of the shop's history/roots and invites you to hang out longer than you need to to for the car stuff.
