I felt the repair took way took long. I was without my car for 9 days. My parents had a similar problem, someone backed into their driver side door. Dent was similar to mine. They took their car somewhere else on a Tuesday and got it back two days later on Thursday of the same week.

I was not happy with the detailing I purchased. Several areas inside the car were not cleaned, including the rear storage area of my Hyundai Tucson. The readuo knobs, front console and seat belt buckles were also not cleaned.

I didn't like that my car had to be fixed, but I will say Germain collision was the nicest people that I have ever met for a body car shop. They were so nice and fast for my car. I dropped my car off Monday and got it back on Tuesday, now that is fast.

Front end damage from collision with a deer. Everything looked great, but the hood wasn't replaced. The left turn single also was t addressed. The work that was done looks beautiful.

Notified at 5:30 pm that I could pick up my car. I was 30 mins away and needed to return my rental car . Poor planning and timing when the collision center and car rental close at 6:00 pm. Wasn't there any foresight to know the center would have my vehicle ready prior to 30 mins to close? This ended up costing another day of rental car charges. Very disappointed with last minute call. The woman I spoke with seemed indifferent to my delima.

I don't know the specific details involved in the repairs, but it seemed to take longer than I would have expected. I did appreciate that, when the first repair wasn't right, they kept the car and made it right. I would have liked them to offer me a car for the remainder of the repair time. They did provide a car, but I had to ask for it.
