Receiving this survey weeks after my service is a good example of what I dealt with this time around. It was delivered right after the notice saying you would be sending repair updates as things progressed. Bottom line is that you didn't send a single notice of an update and my car sat in service for about a week after being told it would be a few days. I then had to have someone "email a manager" to see if you could release the car until the Lexus badge arrived. Unfortunately, this was the third time I've had the car back at the shop to repaint the tailgate because of bubbling/rusting in the same area. Each time before the communication was clear, but this time it was absent completely. Bad enough that I have to bring it back yet again and making it worse this time was the service.

I have a large scratch and dent still in the door that was fixed. There is also many smudges in the paint and there is a dent that I did not see prior to dropping my vehicle off to be repaired.
I called and left a message but still have not had a return call.

I do not expect a call back. I had to basically beg to get status updates when my tacoma was there. My advisor never called and the only person that contacted me was the estimator which should not have been his job to call me with updates. Then when I was told that the truck was done the flaring that was replaced was pulling away from yge truck because the double sided tape that was holding it was pulling away. Then it was fixed by the estimator . He should be promoted and paid more since he seems to be doing most of the work.

Told me and the insurance company 2weeks. It was a month and a half. I wasn’t reimbursed for my rental car because of this. When questioned about it they stated it was worked out with the insurance and I would be reimbursed. The insurance company stated that was a lie. When I finally demanded my vehicle back they broke me shifter knob and my passenger door handle. I am still waiting on my spare tire. It has been over two weeks for that. Nobody seems to care. Bunch of fake, lying people.

No need to contact me. Lexie and John were great if not for them I would not have known the real story. I got notifications and calls telling me what was going on that were completely wrong. If it not for John and Lexie that I called when getting information that seemed wrong I would never know the real situation.

Dopped off my daughter's car for a small scratch/dent/paint repair that was suppose to be done in **** week... Car was never touched for 2 weeks and finally was repaired the end of the 3rd week.. Now we have to return it again since one main scratch was never even touched on the drivers door handle???

I was happy with the repair results however when I tried to call in to see the status of my repair no one answered the phone to update me. The problem with this was I did not know how to estimate when my car would be finished. I did not know if it would be done in a week and a half or three weeks. That makes it hard to plan things.
