Speedy and efficiency. The mechanics worked hard and my car looks like new.

I dropped of my vehicle for repair of damages that occurred during the original repair. After the manager had reviewed his pictures taken from when I dropped it off and checked my pictures he agreed that the damages happened at Daytona Toyota. They set a date to drop it off for the work and when I received a message that it was done I came to pick it up. When I picked it up I noticed some of the work was not done. They said that they forgot and advised me to come back on a business day. When I arrived the service manager was boisterous and cursed at me calling me crazy. I was then told that it would have been taken care of had I not placed a "bad csi score" and that's why I was cursed at. I'm truly upset at the service or lack there of in this case. It was not my choice to come here, the other dealership does not have a body shop. I have had poor service here on one other occasion and that's why I chose to use Beaver for my purchase.

The girls in the office were very kind and polite. I had a concern with my vehicle when I picked it up. Steve made sure I was confident and satisfied before I left. My van looked beautiful! I ha not been able to wash her for three weeks due to the damage. She was all clean, tires shiny and inside vacuumed. Thank you!

I got extremely pleased with my choice of repairs. The team was mostly helpful it just was a bit frustrating trying to find out about the day for my repair. I had to repeatedly call them and my insurance co. No one ever called, it took almost 2 weeks to get that info. Once I got in there all went smoothly. I was pleased it was completed before the due date. I was and am happy with the cleanliness and perfect condition my car was in. I loved the almost daily info about how my car was progressing.

There were two scratches revealing the metal in the lower hatch framework. The taillight replacement was RED, rather than black or an appropriate color, bolts used to install it appeared rusted and used.

I was glad to be able to bring my car back to the dealer I purchased from. All very nice and supportive.

You guys are AMAZING !!!! I have never dealt with a more organized business!! The whole process was so easy from start to finish!! The car was finished within a week and we were kept up to date daily on the progress. Everyone, including Michael Bland, Brad Corner, and the girls at the desk, was very professional and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about them!! Thank you all so much for everything. Hopefully, I never have another accident, but if I do I would not hesitate to use your services again. Thanks again, for a job well done!!!!!!
