I won't waste my time with putting any comments after the rude and horrible treatment I got at the repair shop from the manager I can only imagine the treatment and disrespect I would get from anybody that works for Toyota . I'm a 30 year retired Army veteran and was taught to have respect for people I would hope that you would teach the people who work in your service department and represent your business how to handle your customers at least treat them with respect. I will be asking all of my former veterans and future that Trent and all service numbers that I know in on every social media platform to not buy Toyota or Kia because they can only expect poor quality service when they need it. I do thank you for giving me an opportunity to at least tell you how I felt. I hope you enjoy your evening as your representatives have ruined my day.

Excellent service from Austin. He explained all the details of the repair and answered our questions to our satisfaction. When we picked our car up after the repair, he had us check the repair before we left and reiterated that he would answer any other questions that we might have later. The car had been cleaned prior to our picking it up and was spotless. We are very pleased with our experience. The women at the service desk were very helpful, friendly, and professional as well.

Everyone I was in contact with, from Mike with GEICO, to the ladies behind the desk, the Enterprise representative and the shuttle driver were all very pleasant and accomodating. The work done by the repair shop was great and done ahead of schedule, and the truck was cleaned very nicely upon my arrival. I truly cannot think of anything you could improve. Thank you for such great service.

I appreciate the time spent me when I came in for the estimate, keeping me posted on the repair time and the excellent care given to us and the car. Everyone was great.

I was told to bring my car in on Monday morning and they would paint my rear bumper that day and would let it dry overnight. I could have my car on Tuesday morning. Without saying why, I was informed by a texted message that my car wouldn't be ready until late Friday afternoon. On a positive note, I was given a great loaner car and the job on painting the rear bumper was excellent.

Called Joe Sims for ETA on Highlander but never received an answer.
