I had the most pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful- beyond my expectations. I took less than 30 minutes to drop my car off for repairs and drive off in a rental. I'm impressed with this dealership.

I am satisfied with the repair work. However, the repair time exceeded the initial repair time estimate by one day. This delay, was caused by a part being the wrong size. This delay caused me a monetary loss of apps. 965! Tighten it up gentlemen.

I left 2.00 in quarters in my center console. I do this anytime I take my car to a new service center.. just to see if they're trustworthy and a place that I can take my car to again. When I picked my car up from Daytona Toyota today, the money was gone. I've checked every pocket and storage compartment. The money is nowhere. I left a good survey because my car was fixed and, so far, seems to be in good shape. A bad survey would be unfair to the honest, good employees that worked on my car. But, you should know that SOMEONE steals. If they can't be trusted with 2 in quarters why should they be trusted with someone's vehicle that is worth thousands? My feedback.. figure out who it is and let them go. Someone without integrity shouldn't be trusted in your service center.
