Not satisfied. The job was not completed. Our family vehicle was there for nearly 5 months. This affected our lives dramatically. We were disappointed to notice that the ordered part was not installed but we were not informed. When we inquired we were told that it was ordered "5 or 6 times" but it would not fit. They took my car apart and tried to totally out my car. I had to pay to put my own car back together. I will never take any car to Daytona Toyota collision. Then they didn't return all my parts back to me this was the worst service.

Communication between your departments appear not be consistent, based on the replies to my questions. To paraphrase: there is no clear answer. In a business such as yours, I expected more professionalism and I was very disappointed that your inconsistency affected my schedule. The trust I had before, for your company, is not there anymore.

When I called Daytona Toyota Collision Center they actually answered the phone. I had called five other reputable repair shops and got answer machines and no returned calls.
The ladies at the reception were incredibly nice and knowledgeable about all aspects of the repair system including insurance.
This instilled confidence in me that I would get a first class repair.
I was updated with the repair status continuously and ultimately got my car back as if it had never been damaged.
I'll recommend Daytona Collision Center to anyone who asks. Thank you!

Hi ! I was informed that my vehicle was improperly repaired with aftermarket parts (not Ford parts). I was told that the proper parts will take a week to procure. It has been over 2 weeks yet we have heard nothing. We had scheduled our annual vacation but need our vehicle repaired. We had to change our plans. Also a large piece of material has blown off the left front panel and is hanging loose causing damage. I am working out oof your area regularly. Just need some communication as promised.
