Megan is extremely friendly and enhanced my experience in the collision department. Joe Ferrell was friendly as well and set the proper expectations for my visit. I had minor damage and it looks like nothing ever even happened! I would recommend the collision department for the experience alone and for the workmanship.

Our car took several weeks longer to complete then was promised. We got updates about the status of the bodywork and even a completion date so we made plans to pick up the car for that day. Apparently, we were not supposed to be getting those updates and they were totally inaccurate. It was weeks later before we actually had a completed car. yes, we were provided with a rental car but still had to make a 10 hour round-trip to get our child her car back to college because it was not ready when it was promised. Getting the 90 some odd dollar bill for tolls and tunnels from the rental car was just another disappointment Since we forgot to take the transponder out of the other car.

Car was delivered without a test drive done by repair facility. Multiple malfunction indicators illuminated on dashboard within a mile of leaving shop. Collision shop would not answer phone despite it being before closing time. We Immediately went back to repair facility and found employees still there. Joe agreed to take the car back to continue repairs correctly and thankfully offered us a loaner vehicle.

The collision artificial damage was fixed but my blind spot monitor and rear cross traffic alert sensors were not repaired. I have not scheduled another appointment for these issues

Adam and the collision team gave wonderful service. My only unmet expectation was that the state inspection would’ve been completed as part of the service considering it expired during the length of service.

Had my truck worked on three weeks ago the paint job and parts they put on were fine but I had a head light problem that was not fixed. They told me they put in a new head light and afterwards I had problems .I was told that they would take care of this problem when a new light come in.this has been three weeks and I have not heard from them . I call supervisor could Not get him left number and heard nothing.also had a chip of paint that they missed.

The bumper repair was good. But I noticed that my washer indicator light was on, not on prior to getting car repaired. Also my tire indicator light, stays on and, since repair will not read tire pressure, the lines are Blank, even after putting air in my tires , before driving home. I tried to contact First Team, and staff informed me that my lights were on when they checked in. Not true! I voice my concerns with StateFarm claims Department also.
