The team was professional and friendly. They even offered to pay the extra days on my rental because the car was not finished on Friday and they had to keep it until Monday. I did not take this offered, but it was very kind. Super experience and they were able to get my vehicle in for repair 3 months earlier than the Chesapeake Toyota place.

I am very satisfied with the work performed on my Camry. My appointment was on a Monday and was told it would be ready the next day, which it wasn't until Wednesday, which I had to end up paying an extra day for a rental car.

My car was taken in to the shop in a timely manner that was suitable for me. My rental car was ready and waiting when I got there thanks to the young lady at the desk for calling them before I got there. My car was ready when promised. No long drawn out process.
