Didn’t get a courtesy wash. A hour after I picked up my car the check engine light came on. They took 2/3 months just to fix my car. They welded a lot of the parts back on that they said they replaced new. Horrible job and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. If I could vote them negative stars I absolutely would.

Overall it was a job well done. They replaced some plastic components and even fixed the spring on my gas tank door and my front bumper. They repaired many things on my paint job in addition to the chipped areas. Hertz Rental treated me exceptionally well also. My only complaints are as follows. I was given a time frame of 2 weeks and the job took 4 weeks. In that time I delivered my son and came home from the hospital. I was hoping to have my car back the day before I was scheduled to deliver. As you can understand I needed to clean it up and install car seats before baby boy could come home. There were also a few bubbles in the paint job in some spots but I didn't notice until my mother pointed it out. Otherwise I am a happy customer.

The staff was friendly. The repairs I'm satisfied with. However when I received my car back I noticed my driver seat was dirty with some white stuff which was not there when I bought my vehicle there. And my back set was left down.

Although the car was repainted, there are numerous runs of paint visible around the car. Upon further inspection in the sun, it appears that the plastic covering my headlights was damaged when they sanded my car. With that being said, it is a 2016 and I am very grateful that Toyota owned up to the defect and painted the car. I would not have complained and took it in stride but you did send this survey.

Had a warranty issue for gas cover door not staying shut after 6 weeks at repair shop picked up my vehicle with yellow tape holding the flap closed I asked for it to be fixed when dropping off and the amount of door dings from persons hitting the truck from opening door or doors hitting the truck from other cars in parking lot was not happy also had all wheel alignment done vehicle was pulling to the right but the collision work seemed to be ok
