Service took a week longer than we were quoted. We were given several excuses. When all was said and done they didn't even even do the inspection that I had also requested. Have had nothing but problems with this service department.

My only concern is that it always appears i have to initiate the call to find out the status of my vehicle. It would be great if I could receive an update initiated by First Team to let me know the status, particularly when a timeline has been set but not met. Other than that all service is very good! Thanks.
