Overall updates, work and communication efforts were spot on. I have to come back to have my hood buffed (a few small scratches from work or maybe accident) but very minor. I would recommend 1st Team Collision to everyone needing repairs.

John was excellent. They took great card of my car. Always kept me updated, helped with the rental car when then needed to keep it a bit longer than initially expected. I'm very satisfied with everything. Would definitely work with them again if needed.

Very satistied with my wifes Chevy Sonic. Even though it took longer than the return date, the car looked brand new and First Team made sure everything was perfect with the car before returning it to us. I would definitely recommend!

I was concerned at first prior to bringing my car in for repair. I was offered a choice of repair shops to choose from. I chose First Team because of their affiliation with Toyota. I was not disappointed. My car is as close to show room appearance as I could have ever hoped for. Thank you for the exeallent service and attention to details.
