Everyone is great.I love my 209 Toyota Corolla S I have had it since it was brand new and it's been an excellent car and the next one I get if I get one cuz I have a truck and it's a 205 Toyota Thunder I will come to you the Collision Department Joey is really good give him a raise honey thank you

Interacting with the staff was always pleasant and extremely superb! That made all the difference. I was quite displeased with **** thing in particular, however, that had absolutely nothing to do with the service provided. The staff is very helpful and quite fun! Makes me want to work with everyone there!

This is my second time in 2 months coming here to get my car repaired and both times John was great!!!! Today when picking up my car I was told I had a $500 deductible but was told that State Farm would cover it. I didn't get his name, but he came and got on the phone and got my deductible waived from USAA. I wish I got his name!!! He was amazing as well and I appreciate his help SOOOOOO MUCH!! I'll always come to you guys anytime I need work done! Thank you again!

The coolant overflow tank Was completely disconnected and hanging behind my radiator fan and knocking into it also the driver who went to get my car drove Forwards over a Speed bump When he was instructed to not go that direction scraped my exhaust and when I asked him he said Oh I guess it's fine I slow down. Now there is an exhaust scrape I don't know if there is a leak I'm going to call back to put it on a lift so I can check underneath and make sure that it didn't scrape it to the point where there can be an exhaust leak.

My truck was stolen. Progressive Insurance towed it to your facility. I called ahead of time and spoke with Joey. I asked him specifically if my car had Ben detailed and cleaned. He said yes no problem. I was dropped off by my daughter to pick up my truck. Joey pulled it in the bay and asked me if it had been stolen and. Said yes. He said we can clean up your truck. I told him that I did not have time. My truck was still full of trash and food and dirt from the robbery. I then went next door to put gas in the truck and discovered that one of my hubcaps was missing and went back to let Joey know. I also took a bag of garbage the thieves left in my truck and asked Joey if he had a trash can and that my hubcap was missing. He said he would order one.As I drove my dirty truck with a hubcap missing down the road I noticed a wobble that happens when one of the tires is not balanced. NOT a happy customer.

I got a text after I'd already picked up my car saying I would be receiving repair status updates on my car. The first and only text update I got was to confirm that I'd picked up my car. For a lot of this process, I feel like I was largely in the dark as to what was going on or what the status was. I called a few times, but most times would just get the voicemail, and sometimes it would be a while before I'd get a call back. I emailed a response to one email I received but never heard anything back. My car was with the shop for almost a month, and is still missing a piece. Everyone I've spoken to agrees that this was entirely too long for the damage needing to be repaired. Coupled with the lack of updates, I was overall not completely satisfied. Additionally, the paint job still appears to have a blurry reflection off of it compared to other areas on the car; I'm not sure if this is due to the paint not being completely dry or not.
