As far as the repairs itself, I am satisfied with that. What I'm not satisfied with is the customer service aspect with the collision department. They were rude in person and they were rude on the phone. Would not bring my vehicle or recommend anyone to take their vehicle there solely on the way they spoke. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years, people don't WANT to be there getting their car repaired, so try putting yourself in the customers shoes and treat them a little kinder.

The car was given to me wet from the rain and no one double checked the work on the hood or went over it with me seeing as how this was the second time I have brought my vehicle back to fix these issues. After the days of rain, I noticed trash in the paint and a top coat issue closer to the windshield. There is still a gap on the front and sides of the hood. If there will always be a gap, this should have been stated before the work was done. BUT, because this is a Honda part it should fit properly right? The Honda dealership is right down the street if it was an alignment check issue. They could just go down there and look at another one to get it right.

Stacy was awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of for me. She communicated with me frequently and answered any questions I had. She updated me on my vehicle often.
My only complaint would be when I arrived there was still a multitude of sticks and leaves visibly hanging underneath of my vehicle. The first thing I had to do when leaving was schedule an appointment to get my car cleaned. Overall a great experience though.

The inside and outside of the car was clean and very very nicely, And the crew was quick to respond to some low tire pressure that happened while the car was sitting around in the cold. They filled up my tires to the correct pressure.

Always have someone check the quality of the work before calling the customer and saying work is complete. A 40K vehicle should be repaired properly without leaving a mess in the vehicle and the damage repaired correctly. And never tell a customer it doesn't look that bad when taking about the repair the dealership did. It should look good as new.
