While I appreciate the final result, including finding other parts that were necessary to replace after the estimate, I am somewhat concerned why the bumper cover took so long to obtain. That was one of the parts necessary in the original estimate. That should have been obtained prior to dropping off my car or at the very least early after I dropped off the car.
