I was very satisfied with all the whole Johnny Mock team (Dave, Patrick & sorry the front desk older gentleman). The were very professional and explained every detail about my car repairs and kept me abreast on how everything was going. When my mom came to pick up my car, she told me that everyone was very nice and friendly. Don't take this the wrong way but I hope I never see you guys again unless in a grocery store. Lol! Thanks again my car looks and sounds great!!

Everyone I interacted with at Johnny Mock's was friendly and professional; they made sure I knew what was going on at every step of the appraisal and repair process, and they were willing to answer any questions I had if I wasn't sure about something.
The work was excellent; they replaced the rear bumper along with a reinforcement and bracket, and even after inspecting the work a few times, I can't see anything that looks out of place or any paint that doesn't match perfectly.
To top it all off, the car was also washed and waxed, and the interior was cleaned. This is the best it's ever looked!

My car looks great! Although the damage was minimal, the repairs still needed to be done... my car is relatively new... I always was informed of the status of the repairs. I appreciated that a great deal. Everything was very professional...my questions were answered thoroughly. Having Enterprise close by is also a plus! Both companies worked together... the repair took longer than initially thought... arranging for additional days for the rental wasn't an issue . My Durango looks amazing! The body work looks perfect and was done in a timely manner, and I was kept up to date the entire time.
