My car was not ready when promised, it was the next day. This cost me an extra day for the rental car and a change of my plans since I didn't have my car. Also, the bill I was given turned out to not have been the final bill, very frustrating and confusing. I still have not received the copy of the bill for the extra work performed, even though I called to ask for it.

No need to call as I've already explained in a phone call that the automatic emails from Seacoast aren't helpful because they lead the customer to believe - right up until just about the day promised - that the car will be ready when first expected but mine required almost 2 weeks additional time, without timely updates about that.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of the repair. My only concern is that I was told that the repair would take one day unless other issues were identified once the repair work commenced. After two days I noted that the vehicle had not moved from where I left it the afternoon before my scheduled appointment.When calling I was told the repair part ordered had come in damaged. It would have been beneficial to have received a call letting me know there would be a delay in completing the work.
