Great experience except there seems to be a disconnect between your computer generated messages and reality.
eg: received notice the car would be done in 6 days and then you called the next day to tell us it was done. Also received a message that it was almost done a day or two after we picked it up.

The only constructive feedback i could give was that I received too many emails at the beginning when my repair was on schedule but got no emails and I had to call when my repair was supposed to be done only to find out that the repair had been delayed several days.
