Well done. A good job. The only minor gripe is that you changed the seat and seatback position, and I had to figure out how to get it back to way I had it.

The whole process could not have been more pleasant or convenient. Hanna and Roz both did a great job taking care of details and keeping me informed, starting with contacting me about the repairs in the first place. I didn't even have to call to set up an appointment -- the insurance company contacted Seacoast and they took care of the rest.

Your body work is good and meets my expectations of your services. In fact the area of my car that was fixed looks dandy. Ironically, it is this email system, which I assume you installed to aid your service that has some issues that I found less than pleasing. ****. Although the car serviced is technically co-owned - it is mine. I made the calls to both the insurance company and your business. I brought the car in for the estimate, to set up the appointment and actual service. Meanwhile, all communication via this email has been directed to my husband's first name - never addressed to me. It would seem more appropriate, when you're trying to be more personal while communicating and updating your customers to at least address both owners. It felt like the 1950's to be "ignored" in these personal emails, you see. 2. I was surprised that it wasn't until after one o'clock the day I was supposed to pick up my car that you wrote to tell me I'd have to wait till 4 the next day to pick it up. I realize that things happen, but this was only 2 and a half hours before it was due to be finished. I had completely rescheduled my day to be available for timely pick up. Then I had to quickly reschedule the next one, too. Again, I chose your business because I respect your work, and I assume you want to keep improving and desire my honest feedback. These are small suggestions that may help to understand the customer's point of view. Thanks again.

The process was pain free and convenient- estimate, getting the rental car, and the work on the car was excellent. My only minor complaint was that I wasn't notified when the car was ready. When I dropped it off on Monday, I was told it would be a couple days. I asked, "You'll call me when it's done?" and was told yes. I did get an email on Tuesday telling me that work was progressing. On Wednesday, when I hadn't heard anything by about 3:30, I called to check if it was ready. After a brief pause, I was told that it was. As I said, this is a very minor complaint, and maybe I was just supposed to come back any time on Wednesday. All other interactions and emails were great!
