Appreciated the text updates and prompt service. Quality of repairs was excellent and I even noticed that Lee Hartke touched up a scratch on the front of my vehicle even though I was only having the rear bumper repaired. Really appreciated the extra attention. Great job!

I am thrilled to be driving my car again. I was kept apprised of repair timing through text messages. I appreciated the updates. Even though I have a late model car, it looks like I just bought it off the lot. It is polished, shiny, new, and clean. It runs like a top and even after thorough inspection I cannot even see a remote hint of where the body damage was to my car.

Took a little longer than expected but I believe that was my fault for not giving them the right key to take off the tool box. It was a three day delay before I got them the right key. Overall I am very happy

I was disappointed at first when I wasn't going to be able to get my car repaired for almost two months because you were already booked up.
Now I fully understand why you were so busy.
I received excellent service with your repair shop. They went above and beyond. From doing an excellent repair, touching up some dings that were not apart of the quote and then giving me a gift card to thank me for my business.

Everyone was very courteous. I was told my car would be finished in 3 days, but it was done the very next day! My car left looking like new, and I really appreciated the thank you card and apple butter (delicious)!!
