Lee Harte staff were very kind, understanding & courteous! The office was very clean and very organized. I thought receiving the text about the progress of the work was very nice and helpful. I was supposed to pick up the car at 5:30 and had a bit of a conflict called to ask if I could get the car at 4:30 or so. They called me about 4:15 telling me the car was ready for pickup which I really appreciated. All in all an excellent experience with Lee Hartke Auto Body.

I was extremely happy with the assistance I received both over the phone and in person with the entire process. I felt welcomed and relieved that I would be taken care of promptly and professionally. The text updates I received were a great way to check in with me. Certainly fender-benders are horrible for the car owner but you folks exceeded my expectations and made the process awesome for me.
