The vehicle was involved in an accident. The body shop completed the repairs to the vehicle ,contacted us to pick the car up and the car battery was dead upon pickup. The shop did not communicate that with us and the response to the battery was it was a 6year old battery. The car battery was not dead when they received it, there would not have been a problem had it been communicated to us. Instead we had to find out once we arrived at the shop for pickup. Also there was an invisible bra that they would not have replaced until it was brought up again.

I'm not sure what the problem was with the car, but it came back from the shop with a problem. Which was fixed and then there were more problems that Chester couldn't solve. It could have happened to any shop and I'm not sure what could be done. You all were very nice to deal with.
