While the staff were all very helpful and courteous. Very much so. It took an entire month to fix my car. It needed the bumper and rear panel replaced. Even with a broken part shipped and the next one being broken while installed it took way too long to fix my car. The customer service was excellent. The repair service was not. If you damage a repair while fixing someones car you had better make it a priority that get that car fixed and back to the customer soonest. I won't come back to Perry Buick and I'll advise my friends and family to not come to you. A MONTH to fix my car is far too long. But do let me repeat that every one I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. But it took a month to fix my car. That's unacceptable.

I am impressed with the quality of work and the periodic on line updates. I would especially commend Vance Raper and Jennifer. Leaving my car in the hands of a body shop is normally a scary experience. Both of these people made it just the opposite. When we drove off the lot yesterday it felt like I was driving a new car.

I do not appreciate the scratches all over the passenger side window. What was worse is nobody said anything when the vehicle was picked up initially. It was only after returning once the scratches were noticed shortly after picking the vehicle, up that the scratches were acknowledged. Now I'm waiting for a phone call on Monday.

I am completely astounded at what great service, speed of delivery, customer service, and seamless delivery of service with USAA insurance. After having experienced super customer service while living in Japan the past many years, this has been and is the very best customer service I have experienced since my return to the USA some many months ago.
